When you are looking for a comfortable setting to conduct your meeting, workshop or seminar, consider the Oakville Public Library's room rental opportunities.

The Oakville Public Library system offers a variety of locations, room set-ups to suit your needs.

• Our Central Library at 120 Navy Street offers an auditorium with a capacity of 80 people.
• Rooms can be rented at Central Library and at each of the Glen Abbey, Iroquois Ridge, White Oaks and Woodside Branch locations.
• Rooms are available during library hours of operation.

Accessibility

All Oakville Public Library locations are wheelchair accessible.

Cancellations

Rental fees will be refunded upon cancellation, provided the library has been given 72 hours notice. A cancellation fee of $10.00 will be charged.

Rates

A two-tiered pricing structure allows non-profit/charitable organizations to rent the Oakville Public Library facilities at 40% off the commercial rate.
